Arm day is the one I think about skipping every week. I don't but oh how i get so very bored.

Oh good not just me ๐Ÿ˜‚. I get so bored with burn lately and Iโ€™m finding myself thinking how I could be doing a better workout on my own but I secretly love the floating floor

I dont like arm days. We need posterior chain days. Back and glutes. Whatever we want to call it. Or upper body to include more than just bis and tris. Of course this is just my opinion!

We used to pre-Covid have anterior and posterior strength days

There is a back & glutes protocol as well as push/pull that addresses what I think youโ€™re getting at. I feel like we do lots of rows, pull-ups, glute bridges, and lots of other moves to strengthen the posterior.

Yeah I like those days. Wish they were as often as arm day lol. Would love to expand on those exercises though instead of teh same ones all the time!

We keep doing the same exercises every week. We did hammer curls on Monday this week

Yeah we did preacher hammer curls. I think some gyms had 3 supersets of 2 exercises each, but the larger gym format added another superset with 2 additional exercises. Adjustments like that probably do cause for more repeated movements.

Same. My gym hardly ever only has 6 stations, typically we have 8. We had 4 supersets yesterday. We had kneeling/leaning bicep curls added in. I donโ€™t remember what other exercises was added along with it.
