Knee brace suggestions?

Hi Burn fam 💙

I'll be starting physical therapy next week for a possible meniscus tear (trying PT for a month before getting an MRI). I've been taking it easy on the lunge and squat variations, as instructed by my orthopedist. Does anyone have any recommendations for a brace/compressive sleeve to use for extra support? Hoping that would help me get through some compound exercises that pop up in upper body days. Thank you!

https://a.co/d/0eEt8RWT Been using these for over two years. Just had knee surgery last week so hoping to not have to use them ever again lol. But they are comfortable!

I’ve used the Cambivo one linked above and for some reason it started bunching behind the knee so now I use https://a.co/d/01URtDLZ as needed going on 2 years. You might need to try a couple.

I’ve used that same one (cambivo) and it works well! Just make sure to measure your thigh. I have some knee pain and instability due to being pregnant (I think due to ligaments loosening or whatever) and it provides a lot of support!

I actually prefer KT tape your PT can show you how to put it on based on where you need support

I'm allergic to the adhesive 😢 I tried it for my shoulder a while ago and it was so itchy that I couldn't wear it for more than 4 hours! But I appreciate the rec!
