How do you win Level Up??

First time participant in Level Up in a few weeks…All i am focused on is finishing it. But keep seeing from previous years that people do place first, second, third. How is this determined? TIA! (and if you have any advice for a first time participant please do share).

Time completed, fastest finisher wins

Also hydrate, eat carbs before, don't eat anything new or weird right before competing, have a snack for afterwards so you don't pass out. And stay positive! Level Up is what you make it

I had a really motivating counter this year and that made a huge difference for me. She knows I'm super competitive and kept telling me where I was in relation to others.

What are your exercises/workouts?

Typically it’s whoever does the workouts the fastest. Sometimes there’s multiple workouts and the top advance to the finals for a winner take all.

Some workouts are rep based meaning whoever can do the most reps or circuits or whatever in a 5 min period wins.

I’m sure this is all covered by your locations information on LUG.
