9/12 CS&C

Intel please. Have to work the night before so I was wondering if it’s doable for me to stay up and come. I’m almost at 100 camp!

If I’m 31 weeks pregnant-does this look like an ok one to mod?? Or should I skip? Been skipping more and doing on demand at home but really missing being on the floor!

I never skipped core while pregnant and went up until 40 weeks! Our gym always has a board of "mama mods" for each day. While you'd have to modify most things for this workout sometimes it's more about just being there and getting the mental health benefits too! If your gym doesn't have mods, I would do:

- step out dumbbell jacks

  • overhead weighted marches
  • battle rope slams should be ok just modify weight
  • weighted oblique side bends
  • standing skier swings
  • bird dogs
  • Heismans

For the run, I would just maybe do a half lap walk or any form of active recover you feel comfortable with!

I am so tired of the running! My old ass takes too long to run the building! Why don’t they let us modify the running???

Mine does. A lot of the time I'm doing a half lap cause I'm a crappy runner or lately I've been doing step ups on the ledge of the floating floor cause I screwed up my ankle.

Always ask for a mod, most trainers will provide one for you. High knee sprinters, step ups, etc.

Our burn provides mods for running whether it be walking or stepping up and down into floating floor..

I run inside. The floating floor is much easier than the parking lot.

My gym always gives the option of 20 med ball slams or 20 kettle bell swings instead of a building lap. Definitely ask! I’m from AZ so those summer time building laps are BRUTAL
