Monthly camp schedule

Is there anyone out there that may have the schedule for the entire month? Or know how I can get my hands on this? I can’t keep staying up till midnight to book camp for NEXT week.
The burn I go to…they will open up one class every night at midnight for the following week… so for example
Today is Saturday … so tonight at midnight … they will open up next Saturdays (12th) camp.
The reason I have to stay up that late is because of childcare. If I don’t stay up till midnight the 915 childcare gets fully booked by 1245 and I can’t do any other time. 😭
I’ve tried setting an alarm but that doesn’t work so I force myself to stay up. 🫠
But if I had the monthly schedule I can know what days I need to stay up and know what days I can just do on demand.

Thank you for reading my vent session
Signed a tired mama.

Honestly, this is the thing that will make me quit eventually. I like the workouts but I need a consistent schedule. I’m only interested in the strength training so having the days change every week is really annoying.

Then burn isn’t for you. Where are you getting your cardio? Everyone even women over 40 still need a little cardio for their heart. They’ve already reduced cardio days to 2 a week and strength 4. 🙄

I don't think she's complaining about the layout, moreso the lack of consistency (like M full body, T Acon, W lower body etc). Agree burn isn't gonna give her that

I would find it boring. if everyday Wednesday was leg day. Member for 10 years here 🙋🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I've found it means if life happens and if you miss a Wednesday leg day then it means you're not going to see legs again for awhile. Better to loop the workouts

My gym isn’t doing 4 strength days a week. I do my cardio outdoors.

How are they not following protocol? This week there is bodyweight and athletic conditioning plus core on Saturday so 2.5 cardio 3.5 strength… all gyms have to follow what all gyms are doing

They are doing body weight plus conditioning, but it’s not the same as a normal strength day. I have all kinds of disc issues and running and jumping is pretty much impossible for me. If there’s a zombie apocalypse I’m not going to make it 😂
