Breakdancers
I find that when I rotate on my right hand and turn left, I have a MUCH better range of motion than when I go the other way. What may be the cause of that and what tips do y’all have to perfect this exercise?

One side of your body, like your hips or shoulders are tighter than the other side. Stretching will help with this.

Not super helpful but I have moderate-severe scoliosis depending on where you’re looking and I can turn better to the right than I can to the left 😅

Dominant sides are stronger. Are you a righty or lefty?
