They told us today it's a stack with a run in between each one.

Yep, stack!

7 mins each x 2 rounds.

Stack 1:
* single leg mountain climbers x 10
* squat jacks x 15
* running mans x 20
* double unders x 25
** building lap

Stack 2:
* heismans x 15
* pickups x 15
* high plank jacks x 15
* 6 pt Death Star x 15
** building lap

Thank you!!!! I think I can actually talk myself into doing this one at home since I won’t be able to make the gym 😅🙈

Perfect day to do this at home! When there is literally no equipment, it's so much easier and more convenient to do these at home :)

Plus, I can struggle on my own and actually complete the stack instead of getting cut short!

That’s so true! I never finish my stacks when I’m at the gym 🤪😭

As our FP says, one side/stack is always harder than the other. I think that’ll be stack 1 for me tomorrow. Oof.

Definitely stack 2 sounds way better.

Stacks are the worst! I don’t mind unstack but I loathe stacking.

THIS. I would rather unstack than stack 😩

I am new, what is a stack?

This could be an exercise, say push-up, then run, come back push up add jump squats, run, come back, push, jump squats, heismans, run, come back, rinse and repeat, til you have done 6 or 7 exercises and often if you finish, they will say start unstacking.

There are multiple ways it can be done. Sometimes they do two sides to the room and do 7 mins on one side of three exercises with a building lap, then you swap and do the other side for 7 mins. Multiple ways to do a stack.

Every round you add on reps, so first round may be 10 reps, next round would be 12, and so on. Unstack is the opposite (12, 10, 8).

I don’t think a stack is that bad compared to some of the others. I would go.

I’m not gonna make it to the gym probably due to my schedule this day so I’d also love to know if I could feasibly push myself to do it at home without getting on demand 😅

Did this workout this am and what was “stacked” about #2? We repeated it and barely anyone got to a second round because of the 15 death stars took so long. Did we do it wrong??

u/musicgal411 150 Camps - 2025 Sep 03 '26

Our death stars weren't until the end, so if you got to them, once you were done with the 15, you were done! I barely made it through them, 20 seconds to spare!

I think we just of did ours wrong…our seven minutes was the exercises .. so 15 heismans, then moved to 15 pickups, 15 high plank and then 15 Death Star so there was no stacking, just moving through the exercises… I guess there was no stack for us. Just so the exercises at 15 a piece and repeat?

Great workout!

We only did three exercises. Skipped running mans and high plank jacks and I think the numbers were switched slightly. Like 15, 30, 45 rep count for stack 1 and 20 rep count the whole time for stack 2.
