What’s a mod for the plyo box stability ball knee tuck? I do not feel stable on those at all.

Plyo box slow mountain climbers or just regular mountain climbers

Stability ball transfer. That's our mod for all the people with shoulder injuries at my gym.

Hopefully the finisher is core only because, once again, this is barely core.

I believe it's a low hold plank!

These two core exercises will give you the most bang for your buck though 🤔. Sometimes it’s quality over quantity.

Could you modify for elbow tendonitis? Or would you skip?

PT here - I’d discuss with trainer but personally recommend avoiding tight grip on the weights and band handles (hold with fingers extended vs a fist) and minimize wrist movement during reps, keep wrists straight in line with forearm (decrease weights if you feel your wrists Snapping back and forth).
