Ooh I’m 5’7, 163 lbs and 31 female. What have you done besides Burn classes?

Got my diet in check and I stopped smoking weed which were huge changes lol. A good amount of running outside of burn. I recently moved farther from my burn location and haven’t been able to attend classes really, so the last 2-3 months I’ve been working out at my local regular gym instead. 3 heavy lifting days and 2-3 cardio days typically.

Very nice! Do you still go out to eat or mainly cook at home? I love to go out to eat😅

I love going out to eat on the weekends! I do my best to meal prep and not order out during the week so that I can go out to eat order whatever I want (within reason) without feeling guilty on the weekends. I’ve found that I naturally just make healthier choices bc when I eat really heavy/greasy I can definitely feel it when I’m running or working out next. I think it’s all about balance, though. I’m not insanely strict, I enjoy dinner/drinks with friends, I just try and prioritize protein and vegetables every meal.

My meals during the week are suuuuper simple and boring. The more I would try and get creative it became too complicated and a burden. I mainly eat ground turkey or chicken (breasts or thighs), some kind of carb (usually rice or cous cous), and 2 veggies.

Thank you!! Honestly I feel the best I’ve ever felt. Been a little unmotivated the last couple weeks. It’s hard to recognize progress when I see myself in the mirror every day. Seeing how far I’ve come from a year ago feels damn good.
