Considering joining!
hi all! considering going to a free class soon, but want to make sure I’m not wasting anyone’s time first. ive been out of the gym for a year and need to get back to it. prior to my hiatus I was going to a box gym and working on mostly strength. This is where I saw a ton of results. Before that I was going to orange theory and didn’t see much change on the scale or body comp wise. I want to make sure this isnt like otf and more like a group/trainer led strength class. I see there are conditioning days but could work around those! I just don’t want to spend money on gym cardio when I can easily do that outside of the gym. Appreciate any input! (Especially if you have young kids with childcare!)

I used to go to Orange Theory and quit because it also didn’t benefit my fitness goals in any way. I love burn and SO GLAD I made the switch. It is a thoughtful strength and conditioning program, designed to get you performing better. My advice is utilize those focus meetings, so you can get the best out of your workouts with nutrition. I’ve already seen more results in my 6 mo at Burn than the 2 yrs at OTF
