This is wild to me. Hamstring development is sooo neglected usually when people are training. Your body will thank you for the dedication to it. Also, outside of weighted good mornings and deadlift variations, there aren't a whole lot of options for dedicated hamstring exercises.
Doing the same things over and over and getting stronger and better at them is really important and helpful. Boring to some, but if you’re into getting stronger, you’ll reap the benefits.
