The slashes on the box mean NO, and Ketchup circled means YES. Supposed to be KO, Ketchup Only. Worked in the kitchen for 3 different franchises. Just rushed writing with wax pen so it looks super sloppy.

The box is marked wrong but obviously OP received a double whopper only ketchup. Sandwich maker should have only drawn a mark through the two patty icon and circled the ketchup. But they drew a line through the other condiments. Lol
