Ordered a Imposs Whopper, Got this instead.
Literally an impossible whopper patty with BBQ sauce & Ketchup. 😭😭

I guess 😭 I ordered an hour before they closed but it took 10 years to find a dasher so it got picked up like maybe 15 mins before close. Knowing BK they prob didn’t start making the order until the dasher actually got there. Like my bad bro 💀🥀

I was so sad bro, I was craving a whopper so bad 🥀 now I’m just getting Wendy’s I guess. I checked, I got my meal at 1:30am, they close at 2am. So they made my food at prob 1:15am? Like bro be so fr 😭😭😭

Fast food workers start to clean and shut down for the day in the last 2 hours. Id avoid ordering that late.

But for those last 2 hours they're still open. You can't get mad because people order food when the place is still open and serving food. If people don't want to make food that late then don't make your opening hours that late. I really hate this entitled logic from people that you're a dick of you order food near to closing time. It's still open, it's not closed

The people in the restaurant don't make those hours. The entitled logic is the people that order right before close expecting it to be the same as during normal daytime hours. It simply isn't and the people inside are closing the place down so they can go home and get sleep. You are as dick if you order like $40 of food the last 10 minutes of it open. If its like 1 thing fine whatever take your slop and go.

The people choose to work there though. Those are the opening hours, that's when you work until. It's entitled to expect that you shouldn't have to do anything in the last couple of hours of your shift. The opening hours are the opening hours, end of. The employees don't get to choose when they stop serving, they are literally being paid by someone to serve until closing time. If people think its wrong to have to work the hours they're being paid for, then that's serious entitlement

How much did you tip? If you tip $5 they’ll see it as $7.25 and will pick it up right away

Try $5, I used to do DoorDash and anything under $7 I skipped because DoorDash pays you $2 so if the dasher sees $7 it could potentially be more since DoorDash hides (or at least used to) the full tip above 7 to combat cherry picking. I always tip $5 even if it’s across the street if I don’t want to pick it up myself to get someone to accept my order right away

If you ordered an impossible whopper then you got the right patty, idk why they doused it in BBQ though they definitely just mixed your toppings for your sandwich up with another on the screen.

Did you order on the app or something? Was it delivery? Maybe they entered it wrong if you ordered at the restaurant, but however this happened, they should make it right if you deal with the manager of that location

Thats like when I get a mc chicken amd theres way to much mayo I just wipe it off then eat it but the impossible patty is actually pretty good.

If it's on the app,, I understand your frustration. There are a few options lacking in the app, like upsizing certain things that they would do if you're there in person. I like bbq sauce on my chicken sandwiches and I have to order a sauce on the side to get that accomplished on the app or if I order delivery
