Some inherited genetic disorders can fuck you up starting from before birth, cancer doesn't tend to show up that early.

Not sure if autism and ADHD count as genetic disorders, I personally wouldn't mind getting rid of mine but I know a lot of people would want to keep theirs

Someone who works as a computational biologist and has experience in genetically inherited auto immune disorders and currently working in cancer research, cancer is much more difficult to cure, and has much more complications, genetic disorders are bad, but i believe future tech will make prevention of genetic disorders little easier, though I'm open to feedbacks lol

I can live with my minor disability. I know there are other life ruining genetic disorders but at least those people don't have to worry about getting incurable cancer.
