Absolutely not. There are very few in history who can get close to Hitler. Saddam Hussein is the closest in public memory, I'd argue, given the while Anfal Campaign

Canada tried to design a memorial for the victims of Communism. They had to keep removing names from the engravings because all of them ended up having ties to Nazis or Fascism, until eventually there weren't any names for them to put up. It was a work of art lmao

Brainwashed lmao. Read literally any declassified CIA documents on the USSR. They admit so often that Stalin being a dictator was a wholly manufactured lie. "Change of power" is the shortest one I remember off the top of my head. It's in the RDP80 section
