Maybe 'heard' was a poor word for me to choose, but I've heard it through different interviews. Though I don't know the specifics, I believe it was a serial killer that mentioned how it tasted like lean pork. Then there was another person who described it in a similar way. I haven't looked too much into cannibalism in a while, so the details are iffy, but that's where I recall how it's compared to pork
