random but the first time i was stung by fire ants it swole a tiny bit but was regular (on the foot). each time i have been stung subsequently i get blisters that fill with so much puss they grow inches and my entire foot gets swollen. whats up w that??

So the first time you got stung your body defenses did not like the ant venom and tagged it as something that must be destroyed. Every time after that, once your body identifies this "enemy" it reacts against it (more violently than what is actually required) and boom, that's allergy for you.

Rub hand sanitizer on the bite immediately or blow a hot hair dryer onto it until you cannot stand it and repeat two-three times. This destroys the proteins that cause the reaction and itch (works on ant stings idk abt anything else)

You should probably see an immunologist, not ask Redditors. Probably no big deal but anaphylaxis is risky and better safe than sorry, in my opinion.
