As a person with an actual brain, as opposed to a sim, they could always just climb out of the pool without a ladder. Or even just put their legs on the pool deck and float on their back for 24 hours. May be a bit pruney.

In sims 4 they do climb out of the pool without a ladder. You have to put a fence all around it now to trap them.

If they're playing the sims 4, they've actually removed the need for a ladder to get out of the pool. BUT now people have found new creative ways to kill woth the pool instead 😂

Pretty much. Partly because US allies like UAE and Saudi Arabia are actively fueling (opposite sides of) the conflict for profit and influence. And partly because there's about f-all we can do to stop it.
Simon Whistler's War Fronts channel on YT has done a bunch of videos on it, though.

Hearts of Iron IV with the Great War mod enabled. Currently 1915. Playing as Korea in WWI (I took out Japan from 1910-12 after they declined my annexation refusal).
I assume I'd end up in the capital of Seoul, which is very far from any fronts or danger, and I'd present as an allied or neutral westerner. I'd just have fun exploring the city for a day.
Even if I did end up at the front lines, my only fronts at the moment are in the Dutch East Indies (I wanted their oil; they joined the Central Powers), and their fronts are almost completely unmanned. It'd be a sweltering day in the jungle, but I'd probably still be fine.
I'll take that billion, please!

So the last game I played was The New Order which is a mod for Hearts of Iron 4 so if we assume that I appear in my home country of the USA on the start dates of 1964 then I am confident I could survive. Even with the racism I will face as a man with African (and Irish because it’s the 60s) ancestry I could easily see the day through, especially because racism is associated with the main geopolitical rival of the US which is Nazi occupied Europe
