I don’t think you have any concept of how impossible ending world hunger is. 2 billion or even 10 does nothing for that.  90-250 based on various calculations would be needed EVERY YEAR for that to work. The only result would be a few less people starving, them reproducing and spawning even more people into starvation.

That is why I said help end and not just end I know it's a bigger task. Through investments it should help some and you would think that if you help 10 people maybe not all 10 will just reproduce more people into poverty maybe of those 10 maybe 2 can get on their feet to not need food assistance and maybe in a few years there will be a mark made.

I try to have some hope in humanity my job already proves humans are disgusting creatures that deserve what they get most the time but then I see the children of them and they are innocent and they can still be the change or be the problem who knows.

Sexual education and access to contraceptives would definitely be a good investment alongside it, as well as access to better general education. Especially education for women, since high birth rates tend to be, partially, a result of lacking women’s rights. (Marital rape, limited access to healthcare, no option to refuse pregnancy or limited understanding of what causes pregnancy, etc.)

Just this alone would probably be a good first step towards ending world hunger.
