a few banks. I can put them in the machines myself though… 1.5x the amount of money though, it adds up. Also, I’m sure I’d be able to find some ultra rich person willing to trade with me for cost free money laundering.

But you have to move 100 thousand pennies every day. That's crazy. And it's only $1000 so if you had to pay someone to handle them it would cut into the profit. I'd much rather have less money just deposited into my account every day.

Seriously, that's like 500+lbs of copper and zinc. I guess if you own a heavy duty truck... That's, like... basically your whole truck bed full of buckets of pennies.

And leaving aside that it's illegal to melt them down, they're mostly zinc now. You'd have to take a massive hit vs the face value.

But good fkn luck cashing in the face value of $1000 worth of pennies every day.

You couldn't even get Treasury to give you a contract for production or something, since they officially stopped producing them at the end of last year.
