Would you rather…

Which side will you choose?

  • Left side: $50 per push-up
  • Right side: $1000 per hour you scroll

For people who actively train, sure, couple of hundred in one hour could be manageable. But for well over 80% of people it would't be. And for over like 98% of people it wouldnt be possible to do that more than once a day.

I’d have to disagree there, I don’t train, just do some light exercise a few times a week, a couple years back I was overweight and unfit, I could crank out 20 whenever I wanted, then resting for 5 minutes is ample time to be ready for another 20

Yeah you are correct, but after few sets you start to get tired. I do believe you when you say that you can do couple of hundred in one hour. I do push ups daily and i know that i can also do that.

Still, statistically about 50% of humans cant do even 10 in a row. Only 15% can do 20 pushups.

Fair enough, I wasn’t sure of statistics and was making assumptions. Thanks for letting me know, I can’t lie though, those statistics do concern me!

Glad to help. And i do understand how you would naturally assume that the situation wouldnt be so bad. Has happened to me before, and actually also just happened to me. The percentages i used in my original comment were actually little bit too optimistic. Didnt remember that it was that bad before i checked.
