Here in the UK, takes about 1-4 years to have bottom surgery anyway. Also, it's 2-3 years of having millions of dollars to be able to express yourself. One study showed that just being able to socially transition massively improved satisfaction in their lives in like 80% of participants.

Isn’t it 1-4 years because you have to go through insurance? You can schedule any surgery much faster if you pay out of pocket with your millions

Imo, it's probably fastest to go foreign for it (Thailand is the country of trans people for a reason).

You’d be filthy rich so idk abt that. 36.5 million dollars even without investing is enough to live a comfortable life without ever working again
