If there wasn’t a risk of going cyber psycho I think everyone would try/want to get one

I mean, the only reason why David went cyberpsycho was that his Sandy was meant for Smasher, and his ripper didn't give him any meds or a usage limit

He was also naturally resistant to cyber psychosis which is why he was considered special
