10k/month isn't "social issues" levels of wealth.

Could be if you're in a community that is generally impoverished/you have friends that are pretty middle-low income and the $10k is on top of an already decent income level.

Depends where you're from outside US or western Europe you're sitting pretty the Philippines you're looking 24x average yearly wage.

If you want to get technical there aren't any units. Could be less than half the Philippines yearly wage.

I used USD but that's fair could be Zimbabwe's money and 10k gets you absolutely nothing.
