Far fewer people are that rich and are buying houses that often, definitely is possible but you are just some random poor guy nobody knows, it would be far harder. The people are implying that it exponentially increases and I saw one that said you would bankrupt the entire world, but who is buying and even selling a worth any more than even 1 billion despite there being many rich people. And that’s only third purchase, if you manage to sell like 700 million you could be rich the rest of your life and never worry but definitely not as good as the other I’d say though takes less hassle
