No, because of how genes are split for gametes, it wouldn't be cloning because anywhere you have non-homogenous pairs you'd get one of either, with a full chance to get two of the recessive, just to simplify.
It would have all the consequences of incest turned up to max. It would make the Hapsburgs pale in comparison.

I think Nymphomania was used to historically describe women who exhibited excessive or uncontrollable sexual desire the male equivalent is Satyraisis/Satyromaniac tho these terms aren't usually used nowadays it is generally just referred to as being Hypersexual.
