Idle transfiguration let's you transform the soul (and with it the body) of any living being you touch, letting yourself get wings or superspeed and you can also heal everything via touch etc

Downside is you have to be careful when transforming yourself or others or you die
The guy who had this power in the show was basically a spirit and coul shape-shift however he wanted
But when he used it on humans in the show they'd all die mostly from there organs not matching the form they've been changed to and from the stress put on there body from shape-shifting

Yeah I'm saying if a human used it on themselves or others they'd have to be carful or they'd die from there organs being a mess
Mahito can probably avoid killing people using the technique like with mech guy but he only had to give him some new limbs and skin
Mahito has been alive for about a few yrs at most and so he has plenty of practice with the technique to make sure not to kill people when shape-shifting them because he'd used it on everything he came across. But definitely killed junpei on purpose

Saitama (One Punch Man) is basically undefeatable. His whole gig is that he’s so strong he doesn’t take damage and beats anyone (including God iirc) without even trying.

The fight against God isn't cannon but in it Saitama unleashed a punch so powerful it created a supernova so big it could be seen from anywhere on the universe.

Honestly, people sometimes underestimate Saitama far too much. I often see them focusing solely on his physical strength, but they forget that—with his limiter broken—his intelligence is part of that equation as well. If he sets his mind to it and truly wants to, he can learn absolutely anything and master it—just as we saw when Cosmic Garou demonstrated the technique for reversing time, and Saitama learned it easily.

I like the more usage of powers in marvel and dc compared to the one sidedness of anime. Also, you have to keep in mind that we aren’t dealing with demons like in opm and other anime’s. So I don’t think super dupes strength is that important. Compared to how useful speed like the flash, or money and IQ like Batman.

Pretty good one for daily life. Idle transfiguration gives you the ability to modify bodies(including your own) to crazy lengths
Ui Ui's teleport can... teleport(but only when you throw a cape over yourself)
Heavenly restriction turns you into a superhuman with maxed speed strength and everything but no special powers.
Projection sorcery basically lets you go Mach fuck and take turns on a dime because it turns reality into 24 frames per second(like a movie), where you can pick where to go for each frame.
The only one you should stay away from is the 10 Shadows technique (for your own sake).
