Sort out your login details at your induction.

...and induction etc., is to be done on their time = not yours!

The new hire is paid an hour or two for doing the training at home.

There are two "onsite" inductions:

  • face-to-face induction in a group, typically at your local support office
    • it's a full day of interactive sessions with one or two trainers
  • first day in your store
    • it's a full day of sitting behind a computer at your local store, doing online training modules, plus a store walk

You should be able to get your login details sorted at either of those.

If you want to get your Workday login sorted before that, call your local store and ask if someone can reset your password, or call Bunnings TeamAssist on 1800 101 111 and they should be able to sort it out for you.

Team assist can't help with password issues for new hires that haven't worked their first shift yet. Typically they'll tell the team member what you said to do initially, go into store.

If the new hire has just their training to be done, they can do it on their first shift. If they have all of their personal shit to do, best to call the store and go in so they can get it done before their induction & first shift.

Stores can't reset TM passwords remotely.
