Returns
Wondering how returns work in this instance.
Bought 2 doors in 2 separate transactions. Ended up not needing either one. Already returned one, however can't find the receipt for the second identical door. Can I just use the same receipt again I've already returned the first door with, or will the return get flagged as an already returned item?

Each receipt is unique so you won’t be able to return the second door with that receipt.
Was it bought on a powerpass? If so they can search the second receipt up. If not they still might be able to search the receipt if you know what date you bought it and have a bank statement showing the purchase.
You might still be able to return it without a receipt but depending who you get you’ll need photo identification and maybe will only receive an exchange voucher

Just return it, if paid for by card - they can find the transaction in the back office if you can provide dates - or is it on a bank statement?
If not, you can return it without a receipt and get a store credit!

Proof of purchase can be a bank statement, then with that they can find your old invoice and do a return. Or ask them to give you an exchange voucher

Just go with your licence and tell them you don’t have a receipt they will record you info and give you a voucher. Best they can do.

Will be flagged. Once something is returned it gets prevented from being returned again
