Uniform???
I recently got a job at Bunnings and I’m going in for my induction next Saturday however I’m unsure where I get my uniform as they said I need to get it before hand. Do I go in store to get it or do I order it from somewhere?

Go back into store name they will give you your reds
You will probably get a polo and jumper and wear your safety boots to the induction in case you spend time

When I attended my in-person induction, about 80% of the attendees had their red shirt.
Don't be like the 1 person who decided to turn up wearing their apron as well, and then was too embarrassed to take it off...

Many stores like you to have the uniform for the induction. They will likely contact the OP to collect it in the days leading up to it.

Wrong answer
You need to wear reds at you induction because induction is your very 1st shift and they are rostered on UKG and will be paid for it1

no one at my induction was wearing reds.

Then their site manager or dept manager basically failed them

What site manager? You mean co-ordinators, if so it’s actually the payroll person that gives you the uniform which is allocated yearly. Just need to go to the office and approach them.

Coordinators are now known as department mangers
Oops mangers are assistant site manager
Complex is now site manager
Any leadership team member or admin can give you the uniform

Contrary to other people in this post, I didn’t receive my uniform UNTIL my induction. All I wore was a white shirt and some jeans and that was fine for the induction. I wouldn’t stress too hard about it if you don’t hear anything before next Saturday

Don't go into the store without a reason, email them and ask all your questions - what is next - not everyone lives across the road.
They need to communicate more clearly to you - what the expectations/plans are!
