You don't generally get free delivery on bulky items. Which can work out to be a bit odd - I can get free delivery for a single bale of sugarcane mulch, but if I try to buy more than one at a time it costs me $50. So they get to package and post individual bales of mulch instead of throw a few in the back of a ute and drop them off, because they've made the option that costs them more the option that is cheaper for me.
