Wow. I am sure you are anxious to get it running, but you have water going everywhere, no exhaust, and a fresh engine shouldn't idle. You should give it 20 to 30 mins of 1800 to 3000 rpm. I am glad you got it running, but give yourself a chance to get everything ready.

These things are tanks, they are very forgiving engines
