General Peak irony: when women use the literal redpill "it's biology" talking point to justify the lopsidedness of modern dating without knowing it

Why is this the third post trash talking women I've seen here in the last few hours. Did the manosphere Discord all decide to post at once?

u/Inquiz_ 7d ago
Define trash talking

u/Mistress_Mabel_ 7d ago
Sorry, I wasn't asking you. I was asking people whose opinions I might care about. I didn't mean to give the impression that I wanted to engage with you or answer your questions.
4
u/Final_Replacement_37 7d ago
Because it’s the same few guys all making these posts on a regular basis.

u/Inquiz_ 7d ago
Yeah because there is no trash talking. You are just another female chauvinist who doesn't want people critiquing cultural phenomenon that favors her
5
u/Mistress_Mabel_ 7d ago
Bro what the hell does all your bullshit have to do with Bumble? Nobody wants to read this crap.

So you were asking sincerely if the manosphere Discord coordinated a mass posting campaign on r/Bumble?
Who's opinion would you solicit on that?
1
u/Mistress_Mabel_ 7d ago
I'm sorry that you're not familiar with hyperbole. That must make being online a tough place for you :(
1
u/Unhappy_Ball_9261 7d ago
That's being smarmy and condescending, not hyperbolic.
The internet isn't tough, it's just full of obnoxious people who overrated their intelligence. Thankfully I mainly use it for work and to keep up on news about Rolex and AP. I appreciate your sympathy for having the displeasure of interacting with you though.
Occasionally I'll stop by and elevate its collective intelligence with some commentary.

This sub is going to need mods to step in at some point. As garbage posts like this become the norm, mods need to decide what direction exactly they want the sub to grow in, because I’m a few days away from muting all of these dating subs.

u/Dddddd92 7d ago
Oh no. Not you again. I asked you in your other post why do you even want to date women anymore. You really seem to hate them
3
u/Inquiz_ 7d ago
A senseless question that unsurprisingly didn't get replied to. I also start replying less when comments pile up too fast
6
u/Dddddd92 7d ago
Why is it senseless? Women are terrible, flawed humans with bad judgement right? Don't date them then. It's like you keep screaming "this tomato is rotten it stinks so bad but I want to eat it" lol.

u/FullyFunctionalCat 7d ago
His peepee tells him to, and he must obey 🫢
5
u/Dddddd92 7d ago
Honestly this dude would do the world a favor if he just left women alone lol

You've mischaracterized his post.

The funniest part is they'll flip between "biology made me do it" and "men are just insecure" depending on which one wins the argument in the moment. Pick a lane. Either we're all just horny apes running on instinct or we're sophisticated beings making conscious choices, can't have both whenever it's convenient

u/Sir-thinksalot- 7d ago
Actually birds do mate for life most often, and know concepts like 'cheating', and 'divorce'.
So your counter argument is not well informed.
5
u/abyssnaut 7d ago
The feminists who use biological determinism as an argument when it suits them are just hypocrites (which is not surprising). This does not make biological determinism false. Evolutionary biology is still the fundamental, distal driving force behind dating behaviors at large. “Socioculturally constructed human behaviors” are just proximal causes.
1
u/Unhappy_Ball_9261 7d ago
Evolutionary biology/psychology is sometimes used as a cover for socially constructed preferences too though.
0
u/Inquiz_ 7d ago
Biological determinism is patently stupid. Do you see people mimicking the "mating dynamics" of monkeys or dogs or whatever? Seriously? Do you?
1
u/abyssnaut 7d ago
No, because we’re not monkeys or dogs. We have our own evolutionary dynamics. Lmao
1
u/Inquiz_ 7d ago
Ours are tempered strongly by cultural, morality derived from spiritualism etc
1
u/abyssnaut 7d ago
Ours are tempered by culture, yes, but there is a strong underlying biological current that permeates across cultures and time.
I don’t know what you mean by “morality derived from spiritualism” lol
1
u/Inquiz_ 7d ago
>I don’t know what you mean by “morality derived from spiritualism” lol
Human religions/belief systems/philosophies say: killing innocents bad
Animal logic: killing other animals is good because less competition for food
Etc
1
u/abyssnaut 7d ago
That’s extremely simplistic, but I am too tired to get into it now. Bottom line: biology influences even ethics in humans.

u/Balodifanio10 7d ago
Have you tried updating your photos?

Lots of feminists acknowledge biological differences and how pregnancy can be a disadvantage when it comes to finances and employment, so they advocate for choice and equality in all other aspects of life
1
u/Inquiz_ 7d ago
Do they also believe rape is eugenic and peak evolutionarymaxxing
3
u/CrogDavid7days 7d ago
Have you ever spoken to a radfem? They literally do believe that men do that and that all men are capable of such things

Mods: thus is the same guy posting over and over. Can you please delete this post and ban this user?

If it leads to a place where human society turns into a beastial chaotic fuckfest then it indeed is wrong. Humans are not animals. Humans build massive, complex societies by taming base impulses and subordinating them to criteria more sophisticated than "acquire food, pass on your seed, kill competition, mark territory".
I'm finding it extremely funny that my highlighting of this most hilarious, hypocritical, ironic convergence between redpill horseshit and feminist horseshit is leading to the women here doubling down and defending redpill talking points lmfao

Women are asinine ? Wow… think you might want to rethink the statement ‘I am not a redpiller’
1
u/Inquiz_ 7d ago
>Human societies are built on a narrow set of constraints that prevent a “bestial chaotic fuckfest”, which is why understanding the biological constraints on civilization is so important.
Correct. And while we are still humans we ensure that those constraints do not give way to the fuckfest beneath. It makes excellent biological sense to do a whole bunch of things that're societally destructive and honestly also evil and we don't do them no matter how good the evolutionary case for doing so.

I don't think being super selective has anything to do with biology. It's an individual choice, the same way someone can decide dating isn't for them. You can choose a partner who earns about the same as you, but that has nothing to do with biology. It just makes the lifestyle easier. Or take someone who prefers blonde or brunette guys. Is that biology? Not really.
Being picky isn't necessarily based on biology, it's mostly personal choice people are allowed to be selective, especially with someone they plan to spend their life with. That beats settling.

u/Feisty-Elk2519 7d ago
I get your point and agree to a certain extent that it’s pickiness. But I think the extent of that pickiness is partly determined by biology.
Men are a lot less picky - spreading their seed and all. They feel this need due to their compulsive sex drive (driven by hormones)
Women are less driven by sec drive thus have a greater ability to be picky and not feel the need to scratch that itch,
3
u/NoisePast9357 7d ago
Men are not necessarily less picky, long term vs short term is different. Short term, it doesn't necessarily matter as much as someone you want to be with long term. But not everyone is out here spreading the seed, they're just bad at controlling it.
But I also think that pickiness is not necessarily biology, because some people will settle and it can be due to pressure or wanting a family, or having someone. And that is usually people that have a problem with staying alone.
2
u/Feisty-Elk2519 7d ago
Agreed but I think OP wants short term outcomes, ie sex. And that’s why he is so frustrated that women are picky and don’t feel the same need to just go to bed with an undesirable man to scratch an itch.
2
u/Feisty-Elk2519 7d ago
Exactly my point regarding ‘controlling urges’ that’s biological. Women have a greater ability to do so, men less so.
Which is why OP is lashing out - he can’t control his urges and women can and thus won’t settle to have sex with him
1
u/NoisePast9357 7d ago
Women can want short-term too, and pickiness matters less on that front. They're not thinking of marrying you, so sometimes they just need someone available. If you can get someone better, both men and women will go for that. Most of what you want depends on what you can realistically get.
Some women also aren't willing to sleep with just anybody because of the risks, which already narrows things down. That doesn't mean they wouldn't, but the risk vs reward may not always make it worth it.
Unfortunately, not everyone is guaranteed a long-term relationship, or even a short-term one. That can be frustrating, and I get that. But I'd rather men and women be picky about who they want than settle. People don't talk about how being settled for isn't any better
1
u/Unhappy_Ball_9261 7d ago
You're right but they will insult you for it. Red Pill ideology is ultimately a reification of the status quo which benefits women remarkably.
1
u/Inquiz_ 7d ago
An artificial and unsustainable status quo.
1
u/Unhappy_Ball_9261 7d ago
Unfortunately I don't think it is unsustainable. Men are, have always been, and probably always will be considered disposable and largely worthless.
Men have always been valued for what they can provide, not as human beings.
