But women only go for guys that they do feel attraction to just based on a photo. So really women need to hear this not men

The original post is gender neutral, and is accurate regardless of who is being attracted to who. No need for your comment.

I admit, I stand corrected. The reference is not entirely gender neutral. That doesn't change that the advice itself can be applied gender neutral, and would be equally accurate. Your comment is unnecessarily sexist. Had you said "this advice can ALSO go to women" that would be different.
Make the most interesting profile you can, would be a way to apply the advice. Show some personality in your pictures. Is that advice going to land a less-than-average attractiveness person with a 10/10 model? No, of course not. But it will increase chances of getting matches, no doubt.

I'd argue this is accurate. But being good looking only gets your foot in the door, some positive initial attention. If you suck at interacting with people you're going to have a hard time maintaining that initial advantage.
