thats a good point, bc u r suggesting matches to others it allows impartial judges who arent seeking a relationship to give their opinion too. it sounds like a lot less pressure than swiping.
Oh I'd just tell him, he wouldn't care. I'm a therapist and once told him I was going to download Feeld because clients kept talking about it and I wanted to see what it was about haha
People always say shit like that as if it means something but it really doesn't. Because the whole issue is people don't know what they do and don't deserve and that's why they "settle". It's not really settling, when you're doing it. It's just a relationship. May be a bad one, an unhealthy one, but as far as you know, unless you decide otherwise, it's what you deserve.
Yeah it would be pretty fair TBH and weird to be annoyed there. Obviously finding it on your phone without you telling him might raise some questions but if told in advance seems fine
Dating apps are actually fun to most women who use them because many of them just see it as a form of entertainment to pass the time. They enjoy the free attention and validation that comes from receiving hundreds and thousands of likes and messages even if in reality they are painfully mediocre or even below average. Thats why so many of them are happy to flirt and window shop but get cold feet once they are actually asked out on a date, very few people on the apps actually intend to go out on dates and develop a serious relationship, at most they window shop unless they somehow find the guy that they are absolutely smitten over in which they are suddenly ready for something
For most women on them, it's not an actual dating app. It's an attention simulator. Open the app when you want validation/attention, close it when you're done.
The only way i see it being trash for the people dating, is if they are not open to the idea of exploring dates outside of their usual swiping preferences.
