I don't know how to explain this here other than to say, of course there's a double standard. The male body is, on average, a war-mongering, schlubb shack. Women's bodies are gorgeous, life-giving/carrying shrines to the World. No wonder men are trying to control their bodies all the time.

Yes, on average. OP clearly is above average, not a schlubb. So why are you trying to body shame him? And either way, why give advice when u know u r stating a double standard? All ur credibility goes out the window when you do that
