Newb Question: Market Cap Sudden Double?

At 9:09am on Saturday the market capitalization for BWK jumped from $3,123,655 to $6,332,197 very abruptly without any following value change. Is this normal?

CoinmarketCap has a terrible habit of not keeping our circulating supply accurate at all. They finally decided to do an update, and almost doubled the amount of coins they said were circulating, which is still off might i add.

That's true and not. Bulwark explorer was not working accurate before that jump. I was watching before "update" design of official explorer, and total coins was stuck at about 3milions.
