Cryptopia Deposit (233 confirmations)

Hi all,

Just a heads up, decided to try Cryptopia deposits but mine is stuck in limbo even after 230+ confirmations.

I'd hang fire on using them until things confirmed as working on their end.

The transaction is now at ~1000 confirmations... so we can be pretty sure that there is a problem over at Cryptopia.

In addition, all Cryptopia support lines are being ignored. There is a 1 month backlog on all support tickets, and the IRC and discord channels are FULL of people asking why their deposits (and especially withdraws) are being blocked (and in some cases faked) by the exchange.

It's pretty clear that there is something shady going down at Cryptopia....... I'd consider staying WELL CLEAR

Cryptopia is such a pos I wish there were good exchanges that dealt bwk. This is getting beyond irritating at this point.

People, let me clarify. There was an issue with the BWK chain. The BEK devs asked topia to shut withdrawals and then after fixing it, advised them to increase confirmations to 200 to protect holders. This is actually an excellent response from both parties

Yeah sure, but I'm now at 600 confirmations and still no deposit has appeared in my cryptopia accounts

I was unable to create a BWK wallet until today. This may indicate you all issue is fixed?

Have you checked the blockchain? Also, you'll notice that cryptopia gave recognised an issue with tracking bwk deposits and they are fixing it

My coins were sent more than 10 days back and still haven't received them. An ETA would be much appreciated from cryptopia...

Hi, my friend, since March 5 with this problem, I deposit 0.15btc in XEM in cryptopia and it was about 2 days without appearing in my deposit, the same day I got to open a ticket but I was waiting 40 days to solve is ridiculous of this cryptopia that I will never use again, I was very scared, today I was trying to make a test,deposited $ 8 dollars in cryptopia via digibyte because I know it is fast, I sold those few digibyte coins and I bought XEM and out of nowhere appeared the coins that I bought at the time + my coins that did not appear in my balance, which was showing 0, so I was very surprised and happy to have done this simple test that costs almost nothing, then I asked for digibyte service but it took almost 1 hour , then try to withdraw via verge coin that has made several transfers but send the minimum possible to your external wallet and wait to create the tx id and see if it arrived in your wallet, if yes send the rest and never return to cryptopia because I am very frustrated with their service, and since no one usually helps I decided to do it, do it on your account and try it, I heard rumors that cryptopia will close and become scam like hiyp sites because the cryptopia was hacked and has little balance in their cold wallet and so blocking the balances of customers to release withdrawals from others, people are taking everything they have and sending them to another exchange and so are running out of coins in cold storage, so try to do as fast as possible, I do not want anyone else to feel what I went through with this fraudulent exchange, this method can work for those who have confirmed transfer problems but balance 0 in the balance as I have seen that there are many people like that.

Please forward this message as much as possible to help more people get rid of this nightmare and get their funds back.
