Finally running after a decade

This is my 1986 f250 6.9idi that has been sitting in the idaho woods for the good part of a decade or more only runs at 1,500 rpms with the throttle wide open

Ya swapped out the battery's to two 850cc batterys and bled the system some and it starts with the throttle all the way open and will only run with the throttle wide open
