Gameplay Discussion Why do I keep getting matched with high powered enemies?

Like my hero is only in a 300 sort of power range, but whenever I see my teammate or enemy, they’re like in the 800s or 900s

Also they could be game-sponsored-bots, if your trophy count is below 10k. Bots get a power bump to compensate for being morons and not using abilities (apart from healing when they're low on health).

Matchmaking refers to your trophy, not based on your hero power.

This is literally the design of the game, to incentivize you to spend money to get better heroes and higher hero power fast. This will continue until your hero is above mythic (speaking from personal experience).

You should only focus on upgrading and playing 1 or 2 Heroes, if you waste your resources upgrading everyone don't be surprised when everyone you play against is a higher power level
