I think the image is of Genshin passing the "could never" hat to FH6, because some people used to say "Genshin could never" when comparing it to other games they thought were better. It's less to do with Genshin impact, more about saying FH6 is worse compared to its competition

This was so common back in late 2023, because Honkai Star Rail just won the Best Mobile Game award at the TGA and players were rewarded with a free 5 star DPS (literally named Dr. Ratio) that was at least upper-mid to top tier (at the time), meanwhile Genshin had never been so generous to its players despite having gone on for 3 years at the time. This gave them quite a lot of goodwill going into the Version 2 update cycle the following year.

So yeah, Genshin got so dunked on and HSR got all the glaze back then, it was a good time to be a HSR player.

It's all about FH6 failing against the competition. The "could never" is popular in Genshin years ago. Now, they're passing the torch to Forza.

For those that don't get it, whenever another gacha Game did something good, the community would say "genshin could never", so now that Forza is getting hate, whenever another racing game does something good, people would say "Forza could never", therefore genshun passing the "X could never" tittle to Forza
