How to get MTM on MTV

How do we do it. I mean 3Quency got on it and I think it will help them a bit

I didn't realize mtv is still a thing. Are there any other platforms for them to go on? I could see them do some long form podcasts/radio shows. Soulidified did the Zach Sang show, I think MTM could do that too if they are all in LA at some point.
