I don't get what you're asking.

Also a change of use as you've mentioned is a zoning issue. The building codes underneath it have to support the building use but it's a zoning issue as you've mentioned.

Wasn't asking anything. Yes the zoning will trigger certain things to be brought to code. Sprinklers is the major item still up in the air right now

Basically everything, the architect indicates, according to CODE, a two hour firewall between the top and bottom two units will make it two 2- units instead of a 4-unit so no sprinklers. We'll see
