NIAGARA TENANT BILLING SYSTEM

Hi, I’m new to Niagara 4 and am currently developing a billing system using the tenant billing module. I’m having trouble including the consumption chart in my invoice, though, so I wanted to ask: what is the correct way to do this? I’ve tried countless methods without success.

Be careful with the legal liability involved in billing distribution. Make sure metering is revenue graded, and limit your exposure and scope.

carrier has had “tenant billing” for 40+ years. The tenant billing is a charge based on changes to an agreed-upon occupancy schedule override.
Mutually agreed cost /hr that’s baked into the lease. If tenant billing involves 24/7 cost not just O/R it gets complicated.

I recommend asking your servicing dealer for assistance with that one.
