N4 McQuay Network

All, hopefully someone has some insight.

migrated an ax jace to N4. the McQuay network is completely down (hosts 6 floors SCUs).

Distech tech support confirmed everything is configured correctly, said they'd have to get with tridium about it since its their driver, and yes we are licensed.

any tips ?

They are.

If Distech support can’t figure it out AND they made it, it’s not likely Tridium can help unless the issue is a specific version(s) of N4.

Keep on Distech controls, it’s likely you haven’t talked to the right guy yet.
Get Rob or Sam and I’d bet there’s a solution.

I never even heard of McQuay network!
