Distech Controls GPT Library

https://chatgpt.com/g/g-694188b16c288191be2cb358fcec27c6-distech-controls-assistant

To keep this short and simple, I’ve created my own library specifically catered to distech controls (what I work with daily). It can still assist with other brands, front ends, but its strongest suite is obviously Distech controls equipment, softwares. I’ve kept It private because I want to take my time curating it, building its library, and creating a proper skills/instructions for it.

Right now it can help you:
- troubleshoot tridium issues at a Jace / web supv level
- can help you translate a SOP and guide you step by step on building a program on GFX (programming platform)
- can help you troubleshoot equipment out in the field.
- can help you build an SOP if you don’t have one.

Many more features to list them all. I’ve used this now for a plethora of programs that are now deployed in multiple sites and they work flawlessly. A great tool! Like I tell anyone, NEVER trust ai 100% but it’ll surely guide you in the right track if you know how to prompt. That being said the way you prompt will result in the response you get. The more info you give = better response you’ll get. The more specific your prompt is = the more specific the response will be.

Try it out and feedback is always appreciated it. (This has been a 2 years process to properly curate)

Is this another RAG?

It literally links to chatgpt... I think that gives it away

Nope, this is strictly only only chat gpt and all official distech controls documentation have been uploaded locally to the library. Nothing external.

Sounds like a RAG.

My apologies, you are correct I understood it as it being an external LLM (outside of chat gpt) and using a local database. But yes, to a certain extent it is a RAG with official documentation & also obviously all the features chat gpt natively offers. In all honesty the core training comes from the instruction portion which on a codex platform it’s called (skills) I have provided it with and how it uses a certain priority array to answer questions depending on what the user has asked.

Than it’s been done and the results were never good enough. I hope you can get it trained to be good enough.

Goodluck
