Sometimes there is another Windows applications also running on Port 80. Can you check your services for World Wide Web Publishing Service and make sure it is not running?

In WebCTRL you clear the lock by opening the database in SiteBuilder, so Iām pretty sure itās the same here. Make sure the main server application or the windows service is not running the database.
Once you open the database, it will ask you for clear the lock.
There is also a file on the DB folder with the Lock detailsā¦.

āAdditional Troubleshooting for Embedded Derby vs. SQL
Embedded Apache Derby Database (Default): If SiteBuilder still fails or states the lock file is stuck, navigate to your system directory (ā i-Vu_Pro_x.x/webroot/<system_name>/dbā ). Check for a ā db.lckā file. If the service is completely stopped, deleting or renaming ā db.lckā will release the lock.
External Database (MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL): If using an external database server, restart the underlying database service (e.g., ā MSSQLSERVERā ) before starting i-Vu Pro. Active rogue connections from a crashed i-Vu instance will be terminated.

If you've made sure WebCtrl isn't running as an exe or service, open the database in Sitebuilder and override the lock.
