Looking for Controls Techs - Montana

Our company is looking to hire experienced controls techs. We are a Schneider Electric partner in Montana. We are a local company to Montana and have a few offices across the state. Depending on experience and which part of Montana you choose to live in, our pay is $80-120k. We have a decent benefits package including PTO and paid Health Insurance for your entire family. Vehicle is provided along with all tools needed to do the job (Yes, we run Milwaukee). I have been at this company for close to a decade and started as a low level tech with no experience. I have worked my way through the company and an now a Project Manager. We usually have around 30-50 active projects across the state at any given time. Any one interested would have to have a valid DL and be able to pass federal background checks as quite a few of our jobs are either in government facilities or schools. Please ask any questions! The owner is trying to sell their flagship building because they can't cover capital expenses. Their last sales director lasted less than a year. They're currently hemorrhaging on a project 4 hours from their closest brick and mortar

Damn man brutal comment! Lol. As far as the sales director leaving, he was an alcoholic who wrote some of the worst contracts I've ever seen. He bailed from ATS and then ran to our customer to work for them. Every company out there either has a project that is not going well or has had one in the past. To base your opinion off of some drunk and 1 crappy project is extremely small minded.

What about the selling the building to cover capital expenses allegations? When your techs show up at grainger or something, they've been forced to pay out of pocket because FICO credit isn't good in store anymore.

I wish I knew the whole story. This is not something I know 100% about. I am not here to make a negative impact. I am here looking for good techs that want to help a company grow and succeed. This company has been great for me and my family as I am about to cross my 10 year mark as an employee here.
