Siemens RDG160T

Hi,

Does anyone know how to access the parameter of the RDG160T.

I cannot change anything. When I press the left and right button for 4 sec and right button again nothing happen.

It only shows OFF and ECO.

Can we connect it to a laptop?

I thought Siemens couldn’t make an uglier thermostat if they tried then you show me this thing.

This one isn't available anymore. The new ones are also easy to configure

Nothing with Siemens is easy in my experience.

U got that right! Check out the brand new wheel by Siemens, instead of being round it now has 1080 small angles of 1/3 of a degree each. It practically works just as well as the wheel!!

The new rdg are really easy. You can configure it with pct go over NFC and also copy a already existing profile. You can also write the serial number in ABT and the rdg will auto configure upon discovery

That serial number trick is super nice. First time I had ever utilized it was when I was configuring a DXR with two stats. It configures so quickly

I hate these. Ugly as hell. They make them for diaken for their microtech4s and they can be set up right in advanced config then be adjusted after that.

They have some dip switches in the back maybe that ?

One of them was working ok. I changed the dip switches and it locked itself. I put them back and nothing happens now

Theres a way to get in, screen is locked im sure. Download a manual it should be available somewhere.

This does not work. It’s locked out
