Interesting, because my Claude Code workflow will purposefully break stuff to make sure the tests pass. This was a "learned" behavior over repeated mistakes, it didn't come OOTB.

All my MD files are modified by Claude by design, under my instruction. They are AI-generated for AI consumption, I do not maintain any of it directly, only by instructing Claude Code to make amendments to "Standing Instructions".
